Although born in Falls Church, Virginia, Dr. McBeath has lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years. He hails from a well
respected medical family and is a third generation Nevadan. As the founder of Urology Specialists of Nevada (1996),
his goal was to create the highest quality and most technologically advanced urology practice in the Las Vegas Valley.
He is married with four children and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

A native of the East Coast, Dr. Leo was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. He has been in Las Vegas since 1997, when he joined
Dr. McBeath here at USON. He enjoys all aspects of general urology with special interest in complex male infertility
problems. He is an avid golfer and has two children.

Dr. Housley originates from Southern California and has lived in Las Vegas since 1999, when she joined
USON.
She is one of only two female urologists in Clark County and is interested in both male and
female urologic problems.

Dr. Zommick has been with Urology Specialists of Nevada since 2001 and Board Certified since 2003.
He is involved with all areas of general urology, specifically new technologies for prostate health, and has a
special interest in minimally invasive vasectomies, having performed over 2000. Dr. Zommick has also helped to
initiate clinical research at USON, in his quest to provide new and effective treatment options for his patients.
Dr. Zommick is an accomplished magician, a single digit handicap golfer, a chef always looking for the ultimate
shrimp scampi recipe, an occasional salsa dancer with his wife Amanda.

Dr. Finkelstein (or Dr. Mike as he is called) was born on a naval base in Subic Bay, Philippines.
After finishing residency,
he practiced in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for two years before joining
Urology Specialists of Nevada in 2004. He practices all aspects of general urology with special interest
in sexual medicine. He is married and is also an expectant father. He is an avid skier, fly fisherman and
all-around outdoorsman.

Dr. Kassahun is a native of Ethiopia and is fluent in Ambaric (Ethiopian official language). He originally became a clinical pharmacist in Denver,
Colorado before deciding to become a medical doctor, and subsequent urologist. He has been with USON since 2004 and he practices all forms of general
urology with a special interest in urologic oncology and laparoscopic surgery. He is in the Army reserves and has already
served two tours of duty in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom,” with the last one in Balad, Iraq. He enjoys reading and jogging.

Dr. Hwang was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He has lived significant amounts of time in Argentina, South America and Southern California.
He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and Spanish. He joined Urology Specialists of Nevada in 2006 as our first dedicated,
fellowship-trained Pediatric urologist. He is married to his pediatrician wife and they have two children who are twins. He enjoys reading,
studying Warren Buffett and playing with his children.

Avi Weiss was born in San Diego and grew up in Boston. Dr. Weiss moved to Las Vegas with his wife, Devra, and his daughter in 2009. He enjoys skiing,
softball, hiking, cycling, and philanthropy. He is fluent in Hebrew. His urologic interests include cancer, endoscopic stone treatment, female
incontinence and pelvic reconstruction, neurourology, BPH and sexual medicine.

Dr. Eskridge joined USON this year by way of the Carolinas – Winston‐Salem, North Carolina to be exact. He practices all areas of general urology.
He is a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he has served our country for the past year. In his spare time, Dr. Eskridge likes running,
golfing and playing tennis.

Dr. Becker is originally from Los Angeles, CA. He joined USON after fulfilling his obligation to the US Army, where he was selected for promotion to Lieutenant Colonel prior to
his separation in July 2010. His last assignment was as staff at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. He is a board certified Radiation Oncologist, with a primary
interest in Urologic Oncology. He is married with 3 children.

P.A. Ayers completed his clinical rotations as a student health care provider in a number of different settings and areas including level
1 trauma hospitals, health maintenance organizations, family practice, pediatrics, general surgery, internal medicine, and community health.
PA Ayers came aboard with USON in 2007, and is leading our Physician's Assistant Program. He enjoys bicycling, hiking and traveling.

Sedalia, Colorado is the birthplace of one of USON’s newest physician’s assistants – Amanda “Mandy” Gould. She has had a variety of different clinical
experiences, including: emergency medicine, medical aesthetics, dermatology, pediatrics, ob/gyn, family practice and surgery. USON welcomed P.A. Gould
to our practice this year (2009). When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and hanging out with her friends.
